PARANORMAL or SCIENCE: MATERNAL IMPRINTING

 PARANORMALorSCIENCE MATERNAL IMPRINTING

RADIO: 99.3FM NIGERIA INFO

HOST: Nelly.K and Eye.K

EPISODE: 20-02-2015

TOPIC: MATERNAL IMPRINTING

The following are my opinion on the 'maternal imprinting' topic. As expected Nelly forwarded quite an excellent intro into a seemingly unusual subject which seems at first [by the mere mentioning of the term 'imprinting'] to only bear correlation with the fantastic idea tailored by Hollywood to fit the fictitious world of a romantic-vampire drama - the 'Twilight Saga' franchise. Yeah...well, whatever. So, what the heck is Imprinting ? Well readers, I'm sure it sounds fringe I ain't gonna google it up yet, from what I listened to 'Imprinting' according to Nelly is any of such idea where one's own semblance is impressed on a child yet unborn (of-course during conception). But rather than her to further stimulate our bewilderment by speculating on those possibilities that might probable give rise to this biological phenomena, she instead invested herself to differentiate between 'her' three types of imprinting with so much head-cracking analyses that I was expecting Eye.K the aNellyzer to simplify it all, well.....not until an epigenetist (or so) called in to shed some clarity on the subject of maternal imprinting 'embryologically speaking'.

Apart From Religious Reasons, Why Should We Avoid Premarital Sex? - MizMyColi

Apart From Religious Reasons, Why Should We Avoid Premarital Sex?

   Disclaimer!!!

I'm not saying I'm a Virgin. Personally, I believe that Sex should be engaged in by TWO CONSENTING individuals who understand it's implication and consequence thereof when abused.
I think it's sheer hypocrisy when people condemn pre-marital sex based on religious reasons, meanwhile, they're likely chief perpetrators should their garb of self-righteousness be removed. So, apart from religious reasons, what other arguments can you put forward as reasons to avoid pre-marital sex. Don't talk about STDs because that can be avoided using condoms. No quoting of bible or quran or any religious book. No insults nor bashing. Let's have a discourse like reasonable intellectuals

WOW!!!  Interesting question, well...I've almost concluded on the outlook that it is probably only in Nigeria that sex has morphed fom being a conservatively overvalued act exclusive to a variation of connubial practices peculiar to our society to a sybaritic means by which all manners of materialistic demands can thereupon be negotiated and as cherryice generalized it as an all African thing, I came to disagree on my view and that of hers since neither of us has been through the lifestyles of other non-Nigerian.

SANGO (JAKUTA): ONE OF THE 401 MISUNDERSTOOD ANCIENT DEITIES (ÍRUNMO̩LẸs)

An atheist posted the picture below which had a caption that mocked Christianity by equating their central figure with 'Thor' - the God of Thunder in Norse mythology. I felt compelled to write the following explanation below:

There is one more important Irunmo̩le̩ among the 401 Oris̩as called 'S̩angó' whom my people in their scholarly bid to correspond S̩angó

POSSESSING the PROCESSOR of CONFUSION

 POSSESSING the PROCESSOR

of

 CONFUSION

Around sometimes last year on my regular sci-tech check up I was almost unimpressed with the then lineups the CPU world had to offer only for me to stumble across the ultra-low powered stunner - the Intel's new Core M, and I am like what the heck! As if we (Intelons) haven't had enough of their mind bugling assortment of complicated processors.

Couple of years back, an Intel buff like me could very much remember the much lauded Intel Core i7 990x/995x which was often exhibited as the realest of their McCoys, presented as if it will be the best of the beasts that could ever emerge from the crafty minds of their insane engineers as a precious gem for those "who have got wallets to burn", most alluring of the hype is the impression of it been among the Nehalem brands of top breeds to be ever clocked at a ravaging 3.46GHZ on an hexacore module threading on a 12 v-cores. More so, I reckoned if a 12MB L3 cache (2MB/core) imprinted on a 32nms among other value added instruction sets (given the year period), it was indeed a good steal to break the bank over for because it was hard for it not to seem future proof or almost. What else again could Intel throw our way one might say when this beast is overclockable to a whooping 4.59GHZ (almost 5GHZ!!!) which I believed was more than fair enough given it retail cost and since it only consumed a middling amount of 130W(TDP), 165W (105TPC) despite what's on board.

Alas!, at the end of the day, the 990X ended up to be yet another gimmick born of clever 'techno-tweaked' marketing soon as certain hellspawns began to surface - the likes of the Intel Core i7 4770K/4790K, two roaring beasts pacing @ 3.5GHZ(default) reputable for their premium-for-performance cost. Though their value added features is readily defeated by the 990X needlessness for having to acquire an extra GPU since it comes equipped with an Intel® HD Graphics 4600 which may perhaps be the reason why some techies dubbed it as the unofficial 'Core i9'.

Now what have we here, a new Nehalem clan on the move to further upturn the already upturned scale of things, the Core Ms are here, run for your mind. Are we really getting assisted or bamboozled? Well let's see check the macho kid out -

RACE: Intel

ETHNICITY: Nehalem

TRIBAL ID: Broadwell-Y

CLAN: Core M

BREED CLASS: My5xx series (800-1.2GHZ) (2.0-2.9GHZ turb0m0de)

Well....from what I can deduce, my favourite processor maker is asking me to ignore some Core i5, mostly the 2nd generation kinds in embrace of this new kid in the block. Also, if considering the NMP of the Core Ms including the integrating of an Intel HD-5300 GPU and memory controller onto one single die, then it even implies this kiddo packs enough punch to do more than what even most 3rd generation Core i5s can possibly perform. And to top it off, this dandy Super-Ted which consumes a meager 4.5W(TDP) can some she-Hulkers such as the 2nd generation, GPU-suffering Core i7 2670QM found in my HP laptop, yes in terms of calculations and graphics. The con side of this beauty is the fact that they are only forged to be crammed into Ultra-thin notebooks.
